Workplace Training

The question isn’t whether to accommodate neurodivergent employees. It’s whether the way you work lets them do what they are genuinely exceptional at.

Hutch-in-Mind offers neurodivergent-affirming training for businesses and organisations across South Africa. Neurodivergent employees make up 15–20% of any workforce, and generic diversity training rarely addresses how their minds actually work — the cost shows up as turnover, disengagement, and underused talent.

Hutch-in-Mind closes that gap: training that improves retention, performance, and psychological safety, not just a compliance box. It’s about what good management looks like for a differently wired mind, and how to build a culture that gets more from every kind of thinking.

Jason Hutchison has autism and ADHD, and trains from lived experience as much as from research. He’s a former Deputy Principal who ran his own school’s professional development programme, so he knows how to design training that changes behaviour, not just satisfies a compliance checklist.

He’s an internationally certified neurodivergent coach with a BEd Honours in History Curriculum Inquiry (Cum Laude), a future Masters in Inclusive Education in his sights, and an Associate Member of the Professional Speakers Association of Southern Africa. Every engagement is boutique and tailored — built around your team and context, meeting people where they’re at.
